Andreas Lukic is founder and managing director of ValueNet-Capital-Partners GmbH, Frankfurt/Munich, a family office investment and advisory firm, which does financing, portfolio management and M&A of successions, divestitures, MBOs/MBIs and restructurings in the mid-cap sector (Mittelstand) with revenues of typically € 20m up to € 300m. Mr. Lukic was previously with Bain (London, Munich) in the Private Equity Group, working on buy-outs, growth capital as well as venture capital investments. He started his career with Mitchell Madison Group (New York, Frankfurt) in investment advisory and hold a master’s degree in chemical engineering as well as in economics and a bachelor´s degree in applied cultural sciences.
He is member of several mid-cap supervisory and advisory boards and serving as (honorary) Chairman of the Business Angels FrankfurtRheinMain e.V. and other startup/investor community building associations, like AIinFS e.V., as well as initiator of the FintechGermany Award. Lukic is an active Business Angels since 2000 and as such is and was invested and actively supporting several startups, ranging from f.e. eCommerce, fintech to games up to IoT and AI. Besides that he supports renowned, rising contemporary artists at Schirn Kunsthalle / Zeitgenossen, Frankfurt, one of Germany’s most renowned exhibition institution. Mr. Lukic is married and has a daughter.
